Urea 5 Intensive Moisture Cream

JUMISO Urea 5 Intensive Moisture Cream is a barrier-supporting moisturizer developed for skin that needs more than basic surface hydration. Combining 5% urea, Ceramide NP, panthenol and a TECA complex, it targets dryness, roughness and moisture-barrier weakness while leaving the skin soft and comfortable.

At the heart of the formula is 5% pure urea, equivalent to 50,000 ppm. Naturally present in the skin's Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), urea attracts and retains water while helping soften rough and flaky texture. This 5% concentration makes the cream particularly suitable for regular hydration of very dry skin.

Ceramide NP, cholesterol and complementary lipids support the skin's protective barrier, while panthenol provides moisturizing and soothing care. This combination is especially beneficial during cold weather, low-humidity conditions and prolonged exposure to heated or air-conditioned environments.

The TECA complex, featuring madecassic acid, asiaticoside and asiatic acid, provides additional soothing and barrier-focused care. Allantoin and dipotassium glycyrrhizate help comfort dry skin, while niacinamide and adenosine support a smoother, healthier-looking complexion.

Despite its intensive moisturizing properties, the cream is designed to absorb comfortably without leaving an excessively greasy or heavy film, making it suitable for daily care of dry and sensitive skin.

According to manufacturer-presented clinical testing after two weeks of use, the formula showed a 20.7% improvement in dryness-related comfort and a 54.3% improvement in the measured skin-barrier parameter. The manufacturer also reports a 95% immediate moisture boost lasting up to 24 hours and a 181.3% improvement in the measured skin-moisture parameter under dry-air conditions. Testing was conducted by ProBEM Skin Research Center on 20 subjects aged 20–59; individual results may vary.

Best suited to dry, very dry, extremely dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin, particularly skin with a compromised moisture barrier.

Ideal for dehydration, flaking, rough texture, tightness and discomfort, weakened skin barrier and dryness associated with cold weather, low humidity, heating or air-conditioned environments.
