We work with DPD, GLS, BOX NOW and X Express to provide fast and reliable delivery throughout Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the European Union (EU). Shipping is divided into five zones, each with different rates and services.
Delivery zones and prices

Zone 1 (Croatia):

    • GLS fixed price: €4.6

    • DPD fixed price: €4

    • GLS package machine/package shop: €3
    • BOX NOW Parcel Locker: €1.99

    • Free delivery: orders over €39

Zone 2 (Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia):

    • Fixed price: €7

    • Free delivery: orders over €69

Zone 3 (Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden):

    • Fixed price: €9

    • Free delivery: orders over €69

Zone 4 (Cyprus, Malta):

    • Fixed price: €20

Zone 5 (Bosnia and Herzegovina):

    • Shipping is available for products eligible for the simplified customs clearance procedure.
    • Courier service: X Express
    • Fixed price: €7,9
    • Maximum order value: €150
    • Free shipping on orders over €69

Delivery methods:

    • Standard delivery: Available throughout Croatia and the EU. Orders are delivered by DPD, GLS or BOX NOW.

    • Cash on Delivery (Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina only). Pay by cash or card upon delivery with DPD, GLS or X Express.
    • BOX NOW – Pay on the Go: Payment is made exclusively via digital payment (no cash accepted). Before collecting your parcel from a BOX NOW parcel locker, you will receive a payment link via email and SMS.

For card payments, the mikrokosmos.hr webshop uses the Corvus Pay payment platform. Since
the customer enters all sensitive card data on the CorvusPay payment form, which is secured
by a high level of SSL encryption (256-bit encryption), the merchant does not come into contact with
the card data, is not responsible for their transfer or storage.

Cash on delivery payment (Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina only):

For orders delivered within Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, you can choose to pay by cash or card upon delivery via DPD, GLS or X Express.
