MUMUKI Honey Banana BDRN Ampoule Mask combines plant-inspired Korean skincare innovation with a luxurious hydrogel mask experience for skin that needs extra hydration, comfort and radiance.
At the heart of the formula is BDRN (Banana PDRN), MUMUKI's signature plant-based complex inspired by bananas from Korea's Jeju Island. Unlike conventional PDRN ingredients associated with salmon, the brand highlights the botanical origin of its banana-based concept.
The formula pairs BDRN with honey extract, hydrolyzed collagen, centella asiatica, hyaluronic acid and peptides to support skin hydration, improve the appearance of elasticity and restore a fresher-looking complexion.
According to the manufacturer, the mask contains 1,000 ppm of BDRN complex and 20,000 ppm of Centella Asiatica Extract. Centella helps soothe the skin and support its moisture barrier, while honey extract and humectants leave the complexion feeling softer and more comfortable.
MUMUKI also features its ExoEmbed™ delivery system, which the brand describes as a technology designed to enhance the delivery of skincare ingredients.
The close-fitting hydrogel material gradually becomes more transparent during wear, making it especially suitable for an extended evening skincare ritual. Its nourishing essence helps skin look smoother, more supple and naturally luminous.
The manufacturer reports that the formula underwent a primary skin irritation test involving 31 participants with sensitive skin, with a low irritation score. Individual results and skin tolerance may vary.

Hydrogel masks can become nearly transparent as their moisture content changes during wear. This visual transformation is a property of the hydrogel material and does not necessarily mean that every active ingredient has been absorbed.
MUMUKI recommends approximately three hours of wear and also presents the mask as suitable for overnight use. According to the brand, transparency may begin developing after 40–50 minutes, depending on skin temperature and environmental conditions.

How to use
- 1. Cleanse your face and apply toner and any other skincare products as needed.
- 2. Remove the protective films and carefully position the hydrogel mask over your face.
- 3. Leave on for approximately 3 hours, or follow the instructions on the packaging. The brand also describes overnight use.
- 4. Remove the mask once it becomes transparent or after your preferred wear time.
- 5. Gently pat the remaining essence into the skin.
- Note: Contains retinol. If you are new to retinoids, introduce gradually and perform a patch test before use. Apply sunscreen during the day. Retinoid-containing skincare is not recommended during pregnancy.
