When regular moisturizer is no longer enough, JUMISO Urea 9.9 Intensive Multi Balm provides concentrated care for areas requiring extra attention. Developed for extremely dry, rough, flaky and cracked skin, it is particularly useful on areas frequently exposed to friction, washing, cold weather and dry environments.
The centerpiece of the formula is 9.9% pure urea, equivalent to 99,000 ppm. Urea is naturally present in the skin's Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) and offers dual benefits: it attracts and retains moisture while helping soften accumulated dry, hardened surface cells. With regular use, rough and flaky areas feel softer and smoother.
Ceramide NP and panthenol provide additional barrier-focused care. Ceramide NP helps replenish essential skin lipids and support moisture retention, while panthenol moisturizes and comforts dry, sensitive skin.
The formula also incorporates a TECA complex featuring Centella asiatica components madecassic acid, asiaticoside and asiatic acid, providing soothing care for skin stressed by environmental factors.
A nourishing emollient base containing squalane, meadowfoam, jojoba, argan, camellia and coconut oils further softens dry skin and helps reduce uncomfortable tightness. Despite its intensive moisturizing properties, the balm is designed to absorb quickly without leaving a heavily greasy residue, making it practical for repeated use throughout the day.
It is particularly well suited to dry hands and cuticles, rough elbows and knees, and hard, dry heels, as well as other localized areas of severe dryness.
According to manufacturer-presented testing, use of the product resulted in a 54.5% improvement in the appearance of skin redness, a 51.48% improvement in the measured skin-barrier parameter, a 78.6% improvement in skin-surface renewal and a 181.3% improvement in the measured skin-texture parameter. Testing was conducted by ProBEM Skin Research Center on 20 subjects aged 30–59; individual results may vary.
Best suited to very dry, extremely dry, rough and flaky body skin, including skin that becomes sensitive when severely dehydrated.

How to use
- Apply an appropriate amount to clean, dry skin, concentrating on extremely dry, rough, flaky or cracked areas. Massage gently until absorbed.
- Use on the hands, cuticles, elbows, knees, heels or other areas requiring intensive moisture.
- Reapply throughout the day as needed, particularly after hand washing or exposure to cold, dry conditions.
- Due to its high urea content, temporary stinging may occur on severely cracked or compromised skin.
- Do not apply to open wounds or severely irritated skin.
