Rich in amino acids and minerals, Rice bran water helps deeply hydrate and nourish dry skin.
Alpha-Arbutin inhibits tyrosinase activity, reducing melanin production and lightening dark spots. It's known to be 10 times more effective than beta-Arbutin at brightening the skin.
