I’m From Black Rice Toner is a renewed version of the popular Rice Toner, enriched with 100-day fermented Jindo black rice water. Rich in anthocyanins and organic acids, fermented black rice helps brighten, refine texture and revitalize tired skin.

This dual-layer oil-and-water toner restores inner moisture while controlling excess sebum without leaving a sticky finish. With Black Calming Hyalosome and panthenol, it soothes irritation and strengthens the skin barrier.
