Birch 70% Moisture Boosting Toner

Anua Birch 70% Moisture Boosting Toner is a refreshing and hydrating toner formulated with 70% Japanese white birch water to maintain the skin's pH balance and lock in moisture. This toner is enriched with panthenol and ten different types of hyaluronic acid, which provide deep hydration and reinforce the skin barrier for a smoother, more elastic complexion. Hyaluronic acid intensely hydrates and plumps the skin, visibly reducing the appearance of fine lines. • How to use
  • After cleansing, apply an adequate amount of toner to your face. Gently pat across the skin until fully absorbed. Follow with your favorite moisturizer or cream.
